If your equipment is down and starts with an ID# 1, 2, or 3 (e.g. 10129, 2450, 31210, etc.) then your equipment is covered by a service agreement and you can call to request supplies.
If your equipment doesn't have an ID# or starts with an ID# of 4 or 5, you will have to contact us at tonerorder@docimaging.biz. Please note that your department cost center is required to process the order.
